Level Up Games is an indie game company, founded by LevelUp1. The name "Level Up Games" didn't arise until LevelUp1 created their YouTube name, "LevelUp1". Then, he made his first game under the Level Up Games name; "Cubic's Nightmare".
In 2025, one year after the creation of LVG (Level Up Games), LevelUp1 started thinking big with his company. He invited Ky, a close friend of his, to the company. Ky agreed, only if they released his upcoming game, "Shadow Showdown" as an LVG title. His terms were accepted.
Shortly after Ky joined LVG, during a D&D session, LevelUp1 invited Edd Topy to join. Of course, being LevelUp1's best friend, he accepted.
